Is owned, operated and updated by SHERRINGHAM. Once an order is placed you will enter into a contract with SHERRINGHAM, your consumer statutory rights are not affected. All items include V.A.T but not delivery. By ordering from our web site you accept our terms and conditions of sale.
Order
Once you have made a purchase an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order please check that the order details are correct, and that the delivery address are correct. We will also confirm your order by phone (land line only). An invoice will be sent as soon as we receive payment either by post or e-mail. All we ask is that you choose your item with care and that it is the right one you want.
All items on this web site www.skbb.co.uk are for mainland U.K only and we only trade in £ sterling.
Payment
You can pay for your order using MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa debit, and by cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque or postal order a longer delivery time will apply.
Delivery
Delivery of your order will be dispatched within 3 to 10 working days depending on stock levels, we will require a signature (from the card holder) on delivery of your order, please note that it is a 1 man tailgate delivery and you will need to have someone to help with your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your property in the event the delivery driver helps you with your order in to your premises. Please do not make arrangements for fitters until you have received your order from us, as we cannot accept any charges for your fitters, if the goods fail to turn up on the delivery date, but we will keep you informed by e-mail or phone if there are any delays with your order. Do not sign for your order if you are not satisfied with the look of the box/package in witch it was delivered to you, send the item back and we will send another one to you. Once you have your order in your home, unwrap your order and inspect the item for any damage, when you are satisfied sign the delivery note one copy will be left with yourselves you will need the delivery note number for further reference if there is any thing wrong with the order. We will only send your order to the address the card you used for payment is the same address, unless you can prove to us, why there is a different delivery address, this is for your protection as much as it is for our protection. No goods will be released to third parties, unless by prior arrange. There will be a unique reference number on the e-mail we have sent or told you over the phone, you will need this number for the delivery driver before goods are released.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order seven working days after we have received your order.
You must inform us either by, letter, e-mail or fax. We can arrange for collection of your order, but the order must be in the box/packaging that it was delivered to you in, and must not be used. A restocking fee MAY be payable for each item; this will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be credited back to your card or whatever means you have used to pay for you order in the first place within a 30-working day period.
Returns
You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to deliver the goods in the stated time. All returns shall be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order prior to delivery and a full refund will be credited back to your account, there will be no charge for you cancelling. If you have ordered a specific item that is manufactured to your specification is the only time we do not allow you to cancel, but if we can stop the manufacturing of the item with no cost/penalty to ourselves then you will receive a full refund. After sales service
All orders carry 1-year manufactures guarantee. We do not sell extended guarantees as we feel that they are not value for money, but quite a few manufactures do there own extended guarantees which is worth looking into at very good rates. Please remember to register your guarantees with the manufacture as this will get you prompt service if you do have any teething problems. We are only a phone call away if you have any problems.
Your privacy
All information you supply to us in processing your order is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party. If you become a member of skbb you will receive updates and special promotions from us only. You can opt out as a member at any time.
